Exhibit and sell your UFO related products The 12 th Annual Bay Area UFO Expo is coming soon. Once again, we have gathered yet another exciting line-up of cutting-edge researchers in the greater field of ufology. The event occurs on its new dates, October 31th & 31st, 2010. The Expo will begin at 7:30AM on Saturday and end at 10:00PM on Sunday in the Regency Ballroom. The Exhibit Room will be open to the public from 8:00AM to 9:00PM on both days, and will be available for set-up from 5:00PM to midnight the Friday night before and at 7:00AM on Saturday morning. The entire ballroom will be locked and secured Saturday night after 9:00PM, and breakdown must be complete by midnight on Sunday. There will be room for 60 spaces on a first-come/first-serve basis, consisting of anywhere from one to five 6’ skirted and draped tables with one to two chairs per booth. Enclosed you will find a copy of the basic floor plan. Please choose a location, and then contact me by phone or email with your choice, along with questions, if you need any answered. If you want a booth outside the ballroom, contact me. The Exhibit Room will have two entrances. It will also be conveniently located next to the lecture room. All attendees will be instructed to visit the Exhibit Room following each lecture. The per-table cost breakdown for the entire weekend has again NOT increased and is as follows: (1)= $350 / (2) = $550 / (3) = $700 / (4) = $850 / (5) = $950 Need Electricity? Bring your own power strips and extension cords.
These prices include (per Exhibitor) two weekend passes to all the lectures both days, but not the Saturday night banquet. We have a convention rate of $99.00 per night. Call (408) 998-1900 and mention Bay Area UFO Expo to get that rate.
